The knobs on your amp can be gently eased off by lifting with a thin blade. Do not lift by the pointer, which could break off. Put the blade under some other part of the knob skirt and gently lift while pulling up on the knob.
NOTE: Do NOT use pliers to pull off the knobs, as you may risk breaking internal components of the amp and voiding the warranty.
