Yes, this is alright to do. Running your SuperBlock with the 24v power supply and a 9v-12v power supply at the same time will not harm the unit. Both DC ports are protected against "backwash".
Do note that when both are plugged in, the unit will automatically take power from the the PS-24, so the amp will run at full power (25 watts).
