If you've opened a support ticket or sent us an email and have not received a response from us, it could be for one of these reasons:
1. SPAM FILTER: Our message may have gone into your spam folder. We've had a few instances of this happening with customers. Unfortunately, this isn't something we have much control over, so we urge you to check there before reaching back out.
2. OFFICE CLOSURE: We may not be in office due to a holiday. Our offices are closed on select holidays during the year. We will typically announce on our social media pages if/when our offices will be closed and for how long. If your inquiry is sent in during this time, then there will be a delay in response.
3. INACTIVE OR INCORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS: If you've reached out to us via support@neunaber.net, please note that this is a dormant email address. We cannot send/receive messages via this email. If you need to contact us regarding a Neunaber-related inquiry, you can contact us via one of the methods listed in this article. Also makes sure there are no typos in the email address as well, as this will prevent us from receiving your inquiry.
