If you've opened a support ticket or sent us an email and have not received a response from us, check your spam folder before writing in to us again.
We've had a few instances in the past where customers reported they did not receive a reply to their inquiry, when our response actually wound up in their spam folder as opposed to their inbox. We don't have much control over this, so please make sure you check.
Make sure you check your spam settings as well. Your email app may have a spam filter that will automatically block certain emails from being received due to specific keywords being used.
