If you've opened a support ticket and have not received a response from us, check your spam folder before writing in to us again.


We've heard from a few customers that they did not receive replies from us, when our reply actually wound up in their spam folder as opposed to their inbox. We don't have much control over this, so please make sure you check.


Also make sure you check your spam settings as well. Your email app may have a spam filter that will automatically block certain emails from being received due to specific keywords being used.
