If your product needs to be repaired, please contact us, or an authorized Quilter service center. We would recommend sending your amp to the closest one to your area in order to cut down on shipping costs.


Turnaround times and pricing will vary depending on the service center, so this will need to be discussed with them.


For warranty repairs, there is no charge for the repair or return shipping (but the customer is still responsible for shipping their product to facilities).


International customers are responsible for shipping costs to facilities in the US, as well as taxes/duties upon return.
