We do not, but the UFC-3 will work with any CAT5 or CAT6 cable with an RJ45 jack. If you are in need of a new one, you can find one easily online or at your local electronics store.
This also applies to all discontinued foot controllers (2 Position Foot Controller, 6 Position Foot Controller as well as the Stand Mount Controller). Any CAT5/6 cable with RJ45 jacks will work with them.
Note: The UFC-3 does come with proper CAT5 cable when purchased. This is only for cases where the cable that comes with is misplaced or broken.
