If you're having issues with your UFC-3 and it's not working as it should, then it is very likely it is either one of the following:
1. The Cable: If your pedal isn't responding at all, your cable may have gone bad causing there to be no proper connection. Simply swap the CAT5 cable with a new one to see if the issue persists. But do note, we do not keep stock of replacement CAT5 cables. You will need to purchase a new one elsewhere.
2. The Switches: Double-check which functions you have your switches set to. If more than one switch is set to the same function, the footswitch won't operate correctly. If you think about it, it is like having a switch set to both on and off at the same time. It isn't going to work.
