That will indeed work. Just connect one Quilter amp (that is compatible with the UFC-3) into each RJ-45 jack of the UFC-3 and you'll be set.

Just note though, the footswitch will be controlling the same effects of both amps at the exact same time. So for example, if you press Rev, it will turn on the reverb of both amps at once.
