If your amp is in need of a repair, you will need to get in touch with an authorized service centers, not a dealer.
If you look on our dealer map, all service centers will be listed on the dealer map with a yellow pin. Whereas dealers will be listed with a blue pin and international dealers with a red pin.
Remember, authorized dealers are only authorized to sell our products, not repair them. Please ensure that you reach out to a service center and not a dealer. This has caused great confusion with our customers.
If you have any difficulties differentiating these on our dealer map, you can filter them by clicking the arrow in the top left corner of the map (as demonstrated in the screenshot below)
