If you encounter a problem with your amp or pedal that calls for a repair, you can send your unit directly to us to get the job done. We perform repairs for all Quilter and Neunaber products, past and present at our facilities here in Irvine, CA..
REPAIR POLICY:
- Our repair charge for all products is $75 an hour with additional fees for replacement parts and return shipping.
- For warranty repairs, there is no charge for the repair or return shipping (but the customer is still responsible for shipping their product to our facilities).
- Repairs are covered with a ninety (90) day warranty. In the rare case that the issue returns upon receiving your unit back, you can ship it back to us and we will perform any repairs needed for no charge.
- An additional $50 fee will be applied if you send us a unit without a serial number.
- Turnaround times and pricing will vary depending on multiple factors (the issue itself, what parts are needed, current traffic in the office, etc.), but the usual turnaround time is typically 7-14 days once the unit arrives at our facilities.
- International customers are responsible for shipping costs to facilities in the US, as well as taxes/duties upon return.

Additionally, there are also a handful of authorized Quilter service centers that you can send your amp to as well. We would recommend sending your amp to the closest one to your area in order to cut down on shipping costs. More info on this can be found here.
NOTE: Our repair policy only applies to repairs performed by us at our facilities. All authorized service centers will have their own policies for their own repairs.
