Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Quilter Labs does not ship on US federal holidays. Transit time begins once your order has been processed by the shipping company, not from the time your order was placed.
Typically, shipping estimates are as follows:
Economy: 5-7 Days
Standard: 3-5 Days
Expedited/Priority: 1-3 Days
If you wish to order with Expedited or Priority shipping, your order must be placed before 11:00 AM PST for it to be shipped the same day. Orders with Expedited/Priority shipping placed after this time cannot be shipped out until the following day.
However, please understand that we do not guarantee shipping times and will not refund shipping costs for delayed shipments. Once items have left our facility, they are the responsibility of the shipping company and are out of our control.
