If you are tracking your shipment and it was was sent via USPS, you might notice that your tracking info says your order was "delivered" to an address in Los Angeles. This is not a mistake. Here's why this happens:

Canadian orders shipped via USPS are delivered to an international sorting facility in Los Angeles before they are sent to Canada. However, once it leaves this facility, USPS will not update tracking from there, so your shipment, according to their website, says it was delivered to LA and is completed.

In actuality, USPS generates a new tracking number that tracks the shipment from their LA facility to your location in Canada. However, they will only provide us this new tracking number, not you, the customer.

If you are a Canadian customer that purchased something from us and you need more info regarding their shipment, please contact us. Provide us your info and order number and we should be able to get this updated tracking number for you. This way, you'll get a better idea on when your shipment will arrive.

Note: This only applies to orders shipped via USPS. We've yet to encounter anything similar with FedEx or other shipping companies
