Tracking Orders:
- Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order's progress and estimated arrival time.
Returns and Exchanges:
- Easy Returns: If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service within 30 days of receipt for a return or exchange.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
- Return Authorization (RA) Number: Please obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any product. Contact our customer service for assistance.
- Prepaid Return Labels: For defective or unwanted products, we offer prepaid return labels. Note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if the original shipping was free.
- Product Condition for Returns: Returned items must be in their original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included.
Order Cancellation:
- Cancellation Fee: If you need to cancel your order after it has been processed, a cancellation fee of 5% of the order value will apply to cover restocking and administrative costs. We have to pay the fee to our banking and card vendors once the order is placed, so please order wisely.
