If you've received an email from us stating that your order has shipped, but your tracking number shows "Pre-Shipment" or "Shipping Label Created," give it some time to update before reaching out to us.


It can take a bit of time for your package to be scanned by the shipping company even after they've picked it up from us. We've had some instances of shipments not being scanned until 24-72 hours after it's left our facilities. Unfortunately this isn't something we have control over, as it is in the hands of the shipping company, so please be patient.
